|Biographical Notes||Anonymous author of the dissertation no. 6. of the prize contest of the Académie de Lyon. In the middle of the folder is a letter by one Ducrocq in Crépy-en-Valois, possibly the author.|
The reviewer of the contest, count Laurencin, wrote: "In this dissertation, there is a stylistic demonstration ('fracas de style') one could mistake for fecondity. The author has a preference for the most bizarre terms, whether borrowed or invented by him. But if, from the three booklets he produced, what is not strictly relevant to the question, the rest would be limited to a handful of pages that would contains more absurdity than logic."
